    "부드럽게" 참 이단어가 어려워요 연습할때는 잘 되는 것 같다가 경기를 하면 긴장해서 그런지, 준비할 시간이 부족해서 그런지 힘이 빡 들어가는데 참 어렵습니다. ^^

    그래서 잘 가르켜주는 코치를 만나야됩니다. 국가대표 출신이든 대회를 휩쓸고 다니든 화려한 입상경력을 가졌든 잘 못 가르치는 코치라고 판단되면 바로 교체하셔야되요.
    전설적인 테니스코치 닉 볼리에타리가 페더러, 샘프라스같이 엄청나게 잘 치는 선수는 아니였듯이 잘 가르키는것과 잘 치는것은 확실히 다르다는 걸 느낍니다.
    명코치들 특징이 어떻게 하면 레슨자들이 그 느낌을 이해할 수 있을까 고민하고 알려주시는게 다르죠. 못하는 코치는 걍 볼 피딩만 해주고 이렇게 쳐. 저렇게 쳐. 영양가 없는 말이나
    오히려 잘못된 코칭으로 레슨자들을 역으로 망치는경우도 많아요. 똑같이 돈 투자해서 레슨받았는데 누구는 늘고 누구는 제자리걸음이고…이 차이죠

    레슨자의 수준에 따라서 선택해야 하는 단어와 설명이 있고 또한 각 위치에 맞는 코칭이 있는 것 같아요.
    최종모습이 있지만 단계별 학습이 있는데 초급한테 처음부터 상급자가 할 수 있는 부분을 설명하거나 강요해서는 안된다는 것.
    저 또한 코치님들이 설명할 때 초급 땐 이해 못한 것이 중급되면 아~~~~ 그 말이 바로 이거구나 하는 것들이 있더라구요.

    테니스는 참 공부를 많이 해야 할 것 같습니다.

    늘 논리적으로 명확하게 설명해 주는 서정한 코치님 응원합니다. 요즘 뜸하게 소식전해 궁금했었습니다. 계속 코칭 하시죠?

    힘을 뺀다는 원리는 이미 팔관절, 어깨관절이 회전이 잘되는 부드러운 상태에서

    강서브에 대한 미련을 완전히(!!!) 버려야 서브가 잘 들어가기 시작합니다, 강서브 노리다가 더블폴트 저지르느니 차라리 중간정도 세기의 서브로 구석구석을 노리는게 훨 유리하죠

    좋은 말씀 감사합니다. 저도 처음 시작할때 힘빼라는 말때문에 고민이 많았는데.. 이렇게 설명해주시는 분들이 없었네요. 사실 공을때릴때 라켓이 흔들릴 정도로 빠지면 그건 말이 안되는건데 도대체 어떻게 빼라는건지. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 황당했죠. 정확한 타격을 위해 라켓을 휘둘러 움직일수 있을 정도의 힘을 유지해야하는데.. 이걸 두발자전거를 아무 의식없이 탈수 있듯.. 의식하지 않고 정확한 스윙을 할수 있을 정도의 힘이 유지되어야한다. 이건 연습을 많이 해서 몸이 익숙해지는 방법밖에는 없는것 같습니다. 좋은 강의 감사합니다.

    추가로 온몸 스트레칭 자주 해주면 부드러운 근육이 생기는데 테니스에선 필수죠.. 부상예방도 할수있고요

    물리적으로 봐도 “힘”이 없다면 “콘트롤”이라는 게 불가능하겠죠. 그러니 사실 힘을 빼고 부드럽게 치라는 것은 내가 “볼”을 콘트롤하기 위해 사용하는 힘이 전달되고 더해지는 라인(소위 키네틱 체인)이 경직(힘이 들어간다고 하죠)되어 중간에서 힘이 더해지기는 커녕 손실되는 일을 빼고 부드럽게 치라는 의미일 겁니다. 소위 채찍의 움직임에 비유되는 것 아니겠습니까? 사실은 키네틱 체인 상의 근육들은 힘을 써서 더해야죠. 근육질 나달만이 할 수 있는 볼 컨트롤을 보면 너무 잘 알 수 있죠.
