    To get my split time down, after maximum push with my legs I have to pull harder with my arms-like greater than 20% effort. Is this correct or is my upper body just weak? Great video. Thanks Shane

    Alright! How do we ensure that our back is straight during the whole process? any tips? Cuz I kinda slouch unknowingly (when I get lazy?๐Ÿ˜…) no mirror beside the machine ๐Ÿ™

    what is the secret to keeping foot straps tight when rowing? Mine always work themselves loose.

    Whew! That was a good workout! Been a while for me. Could only do 2×8. Ease back into it! Great job on the visual setup on the side! Sounds like spring in San Diego and winter in Idaho rowing in my basement while you hear the birds chirping! LOL!
