    Best way to improve is hit the gym once a week and work on your strength/power. Squats and deadlifts.

    drinking water actually gives u cramps, you should drink a little before running, then after your work or rce, drink everything XD that's how I found out was easiest

    Is 7 minutes good for a 1.5 mile cross country time? I'm in 7th grade and we are doing 2 miles tomorrow my goal is 12 minutes…. I don't know what I'm doing up at 11 when I got to get up to get ready for school in 6 hours and 30 minutes………oopsies

    I'm upset. My best mile time since like 2009 was like, a 10 minute which isn't bad, but now I usually end up super exosted and can't even get 11 mins miles now… I'm not even in my thirty s but I'm already losing speed fast. Someone, help!

    At people saying "wtf caffeine??? caff is a performance enhancement drug. It was illegal to use in competitions in the Olympics till recently and the athletes cant take too much or they ll be disqualified. It give you more energy. You guys obviously dont know anything about running if you're questioning that lol

    Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "10 ways to improve your running technique" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Hiymelia Ziyddison Scheme – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

    This is overcomplicated here is what you need to do to increse your running distance. Run 2 times a week and just run as far as you can when you get out of breath just stop and rest repeat this and your running distance will spike through the roof. I started with 800 meters it went up to 2.4km in 2 weeks and in 1 month i run 5k

    No, no, no, no, no, cross-training is never a suitable substitute for actual running. I've never known anyone who cross-trained themselves into better running times. If you want to become a better runner, then run.
