I like exercise and I like doing it. And I go on this every day. Right, let me, I’ll switch it on. And I stand on there. And I normally have it up to 20. You can see all the parts of my body move. I do it, I do it about 3 times a day. I normally have it in the middle of the carpet. Oh here is all my darts trophies I won. We won that in uhm 2013-2014 and then we won the fours another year, me and my friends. Well, I started when I was about 17 and I’m nearly 84. And that’s one of my grandsons, that’s my wedding to my second husband. He’s been gone about 10-15 years. So, I was married 16 years to him. The first one I was married 25 years, we were coming up to our 25th anniversary and he went off with someone else. I had to go to the doctor’s and when I went there they had a law come in. And he said the trouble with you: you’re far too fat. I couldn’t believe he said it to me, I thought there’s another way to tell somebody she’s sort of fat. And I thought: I’ll go to Slimming World and then I’ve got some, do some exercise. So I thought: I’ll go back to swimming. Anyway, I started doing that and there was a couple of girls in there and they said to me: why don’t you join our dancing class? So, I thought about that and I thought: yeah I’ll go there. And I liked it. Cheerio! (Joseph) Hi everybody, how is everyone doing, everyone good? Ok, nice to see you all again. So, we’re doing our normal class today, we’re gonna start off with our normal chair warm up, we’re gonna go onto our bands and then we’re gonna start some standing work. Is that ok? Cool, then let’s make a start. (Music playing) And in, in, and out, in, and out… (Brenda) Brenda Collins, friend, mother and wife. Grandmother, great-grandmother, wow what a life. And just like minutes passes, so have the years. Filled with fun, laughter, happiness and a few tears. But what a life it has been, a rollercoaster ride. Believe me, I’ve smiled many more times than I’ve cried. And things are only just beginning, I’m just getting started with no intentions of living my life half-hearted. Because the love I have for my family and friends makes it easy to live. There is no depending. Together, me and my family, we do whatever we like because together we love and share our lives. Together we care, we talk and play together. We live every single day.
