Tennis Tip – The Ideal One Handed Topspin Backhand Grip

Let’s talk about the one handed topspin backhand grip. In order to have good effective topspin backhand it is
important that you hold the racket from on top. It is also important that you
don’t hold your fingers together like this but spreading out a little bit on the
racquet. Put the racket in front of you get you hand on top, spread the fingers
out and you will have a solid topspin backhand and grip

    Thanks, I have been using the wrong grip for a long time now. I tried this yesterday and was amazed at how much more power that was transferred into the shot with the same effort. Haven't got it down yet but will be using it from now on.
